 In other batting news,  Brynley Erb was  incredible,  going 3-for-3 with a  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI.  Kylie Miller was another key contributor,  going 1-for-3 with a  home run and two  runs.
 Boone Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Western, the  victory was  the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 26-2.
