Brooklyn Technical fought the good fight in their overtime game against Jay on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took an 89-84 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. On the bright side, the 84- point performance marked the Engineers' highest-scoring contest to date.
Several Engineers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nathaniel Ajayi, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 16 rebounds.
