Carter Brooks posted a new career-high in hits on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. He has become a key player for Purdue Broad Ripple: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 4-7 otherwise.
