After losing to Western Plains/Healy the last time they met, Logan/Palco decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Logan/Palco enjoyed a cozy 54-36 victory over the on Friday.
Logan/Palco had a senior duo take command as Ansley Delimont scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals and Mara Kats dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Delimont is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played. Kenzie Wells was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Logan/Palco's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Western Plains/Healy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Logan/Palco won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Titans at 11:00 a.m. on February 3rd. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Kansas (Triplains/Brewster is ranked 336th, while the are ranked 316th). Western Plains/Healy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
