Istrouma had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Tara, posting a 34-6 victory at home. The result was nothing new for Istrouma, who have now won four contests by 20 points or more so far this season.
Meanwhile, Bonnabel had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against East Jefferson by a score of 33-20.
Istrouma now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Bonnabel, their victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 4-3.
