Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elk Lake). They came out on top against the Wyoming Valley West Spartans by a score of 63-56 on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

The victory got Elk Lake back to even at 2-2. As for Wyoming Valley West, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Elk Lake will venture away from home to take on Tunkhannock at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Wyoming Valley West, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mid Valley at 7:15 p.m. on December 23rd.
