Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Chicago Military Academy Eagles walked away with it. They enjoyed a cozy 55-36 victory over the Titans on Friday. The win was just what Chicago Military Academy needed coming off of a 75-38 defeat in their prior matchup.
Jamhad Noye-Mohammad was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevion Anderson, who scored ten points.
Chicago Military Academy pushed their record up to 7-10 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Disney II, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
Chicago Military Academy will be playing at home against Foreman at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Disney II will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Intrinsic at 6:30 p.m. on February 8th.
