Kearns took down Cyprus 42-3 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Cougars led 4A Region 6 in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on the Pirates.
Bountiful's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Trevor Lloyd threw for 106 yards and Samuel Merrill had 67 yards receiving. On the ground Houston Heimuli contributed 143 yards. Ryan Curtis helped Bountiful's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 36 yards.

Leading 4A Region 6 in both passing and receiving yards, the Braves' Lloyd and Tanner Redding have proven to be a lethal combination. Lloyd has thrown for 565 yards this season, while Redding has 21 catches for 348 yards. Kelly Thorpe from Clearfield leads the league in rushing with 462 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Bountiful takes on Woods Cross. The Braves are currently in fourth, while the Wildcats are in second.
Kearns made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,230 from 7,797. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 42-3 victory over Cyprus last week.
