After four games on the road, Steele is heading back home. They will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Fairview Warriors at 1:15 p.m. on Friday. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
Last Friday, Steele came up short against Brunswick and fell 57-48.
Meanwhile, Fairview was the victim of a rough 56-32 loss at the hands of Trinity on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Fairview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 553rd, while Trinity is ranked 154th).
Steele's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Fairview, their loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-4.
