Several Chieftains players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Omar Rodarte, who posted 14 points and six rebounds. Rodarte has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Jay Jaramillo also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Leading Kearny to victory were Arthur Minton and Cameron Ackerman.
