The Hazel Park Vikings will take on the Madison Eagles on Tuesday. Hazel Park won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
The Vikings were close but no cigar on Thursday as they fell 56-53 to Marysville. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the rankings mixed up the winning team.
Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the contest between Madison and Center Line on Thursday was still a pretty decisive one as Madison wrapped it up with a 61-44 win on the road.
Hazel Park is now 7-10 while Madison sits at 5-14. The Eagles are 2-2 after wins this year, and Hazel Park is 3-6 after losses.
