Doyle entered their tilt with Springfield on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Tigers have won 16 matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Doyle pushed their record up to 18-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Springfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Doyle Tigers challenge Brusly Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brusly will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something Doyle surely won't give up without a fight. As for Springfield, they will face off against Lakeshore at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
