Christian Davis was on fire: he rushed for 210 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per carry. Davis really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run. Jordan Glaspie also helped out with an impressive 80 receiving yards.
When it comes to explaining why Baldwin Park lost, one person who can't be blamed is Corey Lacy. Despite the final result, he rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Francisco Navarro, who rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown.
Desert Hot Springs has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Baldwin Park, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 4-8.
