Bishop Kelley got themselves on the board against Memorial on Tuesday, but Memorial never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 20-0 margin over the Chargers. Considering the Comets have won seven matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Jack O'Toole looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Payton Lemons was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was William Ritzhaupt, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Bishop Kelley hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive contests.

Bishop Kelley pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Memorial, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Kelley will square off against Nathan Hale at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Memorial, they will challenge Barnsdall at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
