Canyon View and North Sanpete are an even 3-3 against one another  since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Canyon View Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the North Sanpete Hawks at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 After only one  run in their last  game, Canyon View made sure to put some  runs up on the board against Manti  last Friday. Canyon View put the hurt on Manti with a sharp  16-5 victory.
 Canyon View let  Gracie Burt and  Hailee Sisk loose on the outfield. Burt  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs, while  Sisk  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with a  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI.  Savanna Hutchings was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 3-for-4.
 Meanwhile, North Sanpete entered their tilt with Richfield with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Wildcats  a   10-0 shutout  on Friday.
  Dally Bailey was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with a  home run and four  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Indigo North, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run.
 Canyon View is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record  this season. As for North Sanpete, they pushed their record up to 6-5 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Canyon View came up short against North Sanpete when the teams last played  back in May of 2023, falling  12-7. Can Canyon View avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
