The Cary Academy Chargers will take on the North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cary Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.2 points per game this season.

Despite the defeat, Cary Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Julian Tweedy dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 boards. The matchup was Tweedy's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Champ Lando, who posted eight points.
Meanwhile, North Raleigh Christian Academy also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Durham Academy by a score of 74-61. The Knights have struggled against the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Cary Academy will need focus on slowing down Tristan Thompson, one of several North Raleigh Christian Academy players who made an impact when they last played. He made all 5 shots he took for 10 points and seven rebounds. Brennen Jefferson was another key player, putting up 14 points.
Even though they lost, North Raleigh Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Durham Academy only pulled down two offensive boards.
