Lawrence's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Dracut Middies, sneaking past 3-2. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Middies recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Lawrence had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 12-25, 21-25, 25-15, 26-24, 15-10.

Lawrence picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 6-9. As for Dracut, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Lawrence has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Andover on the 12th. As for Dracut, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Haverhill on the 12th.
