South River waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Bowie Bulldogs by a score of 4-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Seahawks also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

Chase Lutterbie was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI. Elijah Gunderson was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run.

South River's record is now 4-2. As for Bowie, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

South River didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Parkdale on the 1st. As for Bowie, they have also already played their next game, a 19-9 win against Guilford Park on the 31st.
