After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Briarfield Academy, Riverdale Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Union Christian Academy Lions. The victory continues a trend for the Rebels in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won four in a row.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-10. As for Union Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Riverdale Academy and Union Christian Academy will both be playing Briarfield Academy the next time they take the field. The Rebels will host the Rebels at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Lions will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
