The True North Classical Academy Titans will square off against the Brito Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brito took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on True North Classical Academy, who comes in off a win.
True North Classical Academy is returning to their home field after beating Braddock on theirs, despite the fact Braddock has dominated at home this season. True North Classical Academy came out on top against Braddock by a score of 8-5 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

Yancarlos Cordova tossed a big game, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off two hits. He is becoming a predictor of True North Classical Academy's success: when he allows at most two earned runs the team is undefeated (and 3-4 when he doesn't).
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Angel Garcia, who fired off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in home runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Misael Uriepero, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
True North Classical Academy lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 18 runs the game before, Brito was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They lost 13-2 to Dade Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since February 15th.
Brito saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Nevarez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI. Cristopher Guzman was another, scoring a run while going 1-for-1.
Brito's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for True North Classical Academy, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.
