King William's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Poquoson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
King William does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Poquoson will look to defend their home field on Friday against Amelia County at 7:00 p.m. Amelia County will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 220th, while Poquoson is ranked 108th).
