After losing to Loyola Blakefield the last time they met, Mount St. Joseph decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mount St. Joseph Gaels were the clear victor by a 72-49 margin over the Loyola Blakefield Dons on Sunday. The Gaels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Loyola Blakefield still got an impressive performance from Mason Ellison, who posted 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Terry Brooks, who earned eight points.

Mount St. Joseph has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game.
