In what's become a running theme this season, the Fort Meade Miners gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They put the hurt on Oasis Christian with a sharp 43-18 win. The win was just what Fort Meade needed coming off of a 54-32 defeat in their prior matchup.
Despite the loss, Oasis Christian saw an underclassman step up: Carly Shoultz scored four points along with three steals.
Fort Meade's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Oasis Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.
Fort Meade will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against the Hawks at 6:00 p.m. on February 5th. Santa Fe Catholic has now lost 18 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 27. As for Oasis Christian, they will face off against the Terriers at TBD on Monday.
