Ayden Maupin had an outrageously good game as he went 9 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 0 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Wilson, who scored nine points.
Meanwhile, Knoxville Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They strolled past Tennessee School for the Deaf with points to spare, taking the game 59-41. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Knoxville Christian as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
The victory makes it two in a row for Apostolic Christian and bumps their season record up to 8-11. As for Knoxville Christian, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7.
