After soaring to 63  points the game before, Genoa-Kingston was a bit more limited  in their  game  on Friday. They took a  blow against the Byron Tigers, falling  55-7. The Cogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  41-0.
 Cody Cravatta threw for 73 yards and one  TD.   Blake Ides was his top target, picking up 61 receiving yards and one  score.  On the ground,  Owen Zaccard rushed for 76 yards.
  Caden Considine had an outrageously good game for Byron as he rushed for 110 yards on only ten carries. Another rusher making a difference was  Dawson Criddle, who rushed for 51 yards and a pair of  touchdowns on only five carries.
Genoa-Kingston now  has a losing record of 3-4. As for Byron, the  victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
