That makes it five consecutive games in which Lee has scored at least a third of New Life Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Dunn, who scored 18 points.
When it comes to explaining why Rock Church lost, one person who can't be blamed is Miles Dawkins. Despite the final result, he scored 25 points along with five assists and three steals. Dawkins has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more points the last nine times he's played. Christian Johnson was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
New Life Academy's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points per game. As for Rock Church, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-4.
