Chatfield's  win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 8-8. As for Bear Creek,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-11.
Chatfield will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bears: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
