After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Dominic, Waynflete was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Traip Rangers. Considering the Flyers have won five matchups by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Waynflete's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Traip, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Waynflete will challenge rival Sacopee Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Traip is set to face off against their familiar foe Mountain Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
