After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bremen, Thornton Fractional South was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Thornton Fractional North Meteors as they made off with a 17-7 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Red Wolves as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Thornton Fractional South's victory bumped their record up to 4-27. As for Thornton Fractional North, they are on a 19-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-22.

Thornton Fractional South wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 20-14 loss against Joliet Central on the 26th. Thornton Fractional North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
