It was a good run, but the Halifax Academy Knights unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell to Flagler Palm Coast 58-53.
Leading Flagler Palm Coast to victory were Jameer Clark and Caumarion Lang. Clark scored 14 points along with four steals, while Lang scored 17 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Wronowski, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Halifax Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 13-3. As for Flagler Palm Coast, their win bumped their record up to 7-9.
Halifax Academy on the road again on Wednesday and play against Wildwood at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th. Wildwood is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Flagler Palm Coast, they will face off against DME Academy Gold at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
