Dearborn won the last time they faced Fordson and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Pioneers put the hurt on the Tractors with a sharp 11-2 victory. Considering the Pioneers have won three contests by more than eight runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Dearborn is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Fordson, their defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Dearborn wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 7-1 loss against Lutheran on the 24th. As for Fordson, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-0 defeat against Southfield Arts & Tech on the 24th.
