Grayson Smith was a major factor in Apollo's victory over Madisonville-North Hopkins on Monday. Smith was dynamite, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
