Kerman is a perfect 4-0 against Immanuel since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Lions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Kerman will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Kerman will bounce into Friday's game after beating Selma, who they had gone 1-6 against in their seven prior meetings. The Lions walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Bears on Tuesday.

Roxy Alvarez was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Chloe Alvarez, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Izzy Lee, who went 1-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Kerman hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Selma struck out eight times.
Meanwhile, Immanuel posted their closest win since March 16th on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Exeter 2-1.
Ella Renney spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit.
At the plate, Immanuel saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Natalia Delgadillo, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one run. Addison Efird also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
Immanuel's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Kerman, their win bumped their record up to 15-7-1.
Immanuel's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Friday. Kerman has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 8 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Immanuel, though, as they've been averaging only 3.9 strikeouts. Will Kerman keep running through batters, or will the Eagles buck the trend?
Everything went Kerman's way against Immanuel in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Kerman made off with an 8-0 victory. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
