The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Raleigh HomeSchool in their matchups with GRACE Christian: they've now lost four in a row.
Quasim Oden continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for GRACE Christian, scoring 31 points along with six rebounds and six steals. The contest was Oden's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Malachi Tate was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five steals.
Raleigh HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for GRACE Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Wake Christian Academy the next time they take the court. GRACE Christian will host Wake Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Raleigh HomeSchool will host them on Thursday.
