Despite the loss, South Cobb still got an impressive performance from Rajah Morgan, who scored 33 points along with seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Morgan has scored all season. Aj Horton was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds.
South Cobb has traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for St. Pius X Catholic, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-6.
South Cobb will head out on the road to challenge Dunwoody at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Dunwoody is coming into the match with five straight victories at home, meaning South Cobb will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. St. Pius X Catholic will take on North Atlanta at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Pius X Catholic has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 442 points over their last six matchups.
