Westminster is 0-7 against Boulder since December of 2014 but things could change on Tuesday. The Westminster Wolves will venture away from home to take on the Boulder Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Westminster sitting on three straight victories and Boulder on four.
On Thursday, Westminster needed a bit of extra time to put away Brighton. They secured a 63-58 W over the Bulldogs.

Westminster's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elyas Romero led the charge by putting up ten points in addition to seven steals and six assists. Those seven steals gave Romero a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Davidson, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 11 points along with five assists and five boards.
Meanwhile, Boulder was able to grind out a solid win over Riverdale Ridge on Thursday, taking the game 67-55.
Westminster better keep an eye on Cole Morrow. He was instrumental in Boulder's win, going 11-for-23 en route to 34 points and five rebounds. The match was Morrow's seventh in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Lake Smith, who posted 15 points and four steals.
Boulder smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in nine consecutive games.
Boulder pushed their record up to 12-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Westminster, their record is now 10-11.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as the two teams are some of the highest-scoring teams around. Westminster hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 60 points per game. However, it's not like Boulder struggles in that department as they've been averaging 66.6 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can put up more.
Westminster ended up a good deal behind Boulder in their previous meeting back in January, losing 69-50. Can Westminster avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
