After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky], New Salem was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Center-Stanton Wildcats by a score of 48-36. The Holsteins haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

New Salem's victory bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Center-Stanton, their loss dropped their record down to 3-19.

As of now, neither New Salem nor Center-Stanton have any future games scheduled.
