After two weeks on the road, Le Roy is heading back home. On Friday they take on Wayland-Cohocton at Livingston/GR Division II at 7:30 PM. Le Roy are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Le Roy, but their most recent matchup may have softened the blow. They strolled past Haverling with points to spare last Friday, taking the matchup 27-8. Senior Reece Tresco, who caught passes for 152 yards and 4 touchdowns, was a major factor in Le Roy's success.
Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out between Wayland-Cohocton and Red Jacket. Wayland-Cohocton were fully in charge, breezing past Red Jacket 62-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-6.
Their wins bumped Le Roy to 3-3 and Wayland-Cohocton to 4-2. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
