Korbyn Keen posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He struck out ten batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has become a key player for West Lafayette: the team is undefeated when he allows at most three earned runs, but 4-6 otherwise.

Keen's effort led West Lafayette over Rensselaer Central and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils are a perfect 10-0 against the Bombers going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
