The biggest upset of the week belonged to Stillwater, who defeated 447th ranked Granville, 27-8. Hunter Lape ran for 206 yards in the win.
The Warriors moved up to 413 from 460 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 2 C - North. Stillwater climbed the ranks as a result of topping the Golden Horde 27-8.
Dan Motzer put up the best numbers through the air as Tamarac lost to Hoosick Falls. He had a total of 11 completions for 91 yards. Motzer's favorite target this week was David Bornt, who caught 5 passes for 44 yards.
Lape was a passing and rushing force as Vince Barbor's team beat Granville.
Levi Brewster was the best receiver in the league this week as the Panthers topped the Bengals. Brewster tallied 3 receptions for 55 yards.
Lape was the best running back in the league this week. Schuyler Radliff also contributed to the rushing game with 55 yards on the ground.
Tamarac's 5-foot-10 quarterback Motzer is the league leader in passing yards this season with 91. The leading receiver in the league this season is Brewster. The Hoosick Falls star has 3 catches for 55 yards.
An important game coming up in Section 2 C - North this week will be when Hoosick Falls takes on Mechanicville. Ron Jones' team is currently in third, while the Red Raiders are in second.
Corinth was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to fourth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Tomahawks defeated Coxsackie-Athens 30-14.
