The Campus International Trailblazers will head out on the road to face off against the Rhodes Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Campus International's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 66-8 defeat at the hands of John Marshall.
Meanwhile, Rhodes strolled past East Tech with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 38-22. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rhodes.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rhodes to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniya King, who scored nine points along with five steals. Another player making a difference was Carolyna Rodriguez, who scored seven points along with seven steals.
Campus International's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rhodes, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.
Campus International came up short against Rhodes when the teams last played back in January, falling 33-25. Can Campus International avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
