Broadmoor won the last time they faced Tara, and things went their way on Friday, too. Broadmoor narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Tara 14-12. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.
The win got Broadmoor back to even at 0-0. The loss dropped Tara's record to 0-1.
Next week, Broadmoor take on Walker at 7:00 PM. Tara will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Glen Oaks at 7:00 PM.
