Trinity Valley had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 20-10 victory over St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal. The success made it back-to-back wins for Trinity Valley.
After a totally unproductive first quarter, the Trinity Valley offense stepped up its game and put 14 points on the board in the second quarter. Meanwhile, St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 14-0 heading into the break. Trinity Valley were outperformed in the second half 6-10 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The win bumped their record up to 3-2. The loss dropped St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal's record to 3-2.
In two weeks Trinity Valley take on Oakridge at 7:00 PM. St. Andrew's/St. Stephen's Episcopal will take on Fort Worth Country Day at home at 7:00 PM next week.
