Miramar can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 53-18 victory over South Broward. That's two games straight that Miramar has won by exactly 35 points.
Miramar had a senior duo take command as Jordan Jones rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown and Kael Alexander threw for 170 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes.
Meanwhile, American was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 24-18 to North Miami Beach.
Miramar has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for American, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4.
