The Chiawana Riverhawks will head out on the road to challenge the Lewis & Clark Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chiawana knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past six contests -- so hopefully Lewis & Clark likes a good challenge.
Chiawana pushed their score all the way to 55 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 74-55 bruising from Hermiston.
Meanwhile, Lewis & Clark entered their tilt with Ridgeline with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Lewis & Clark enjoyed a cozy 60-46 victory over Ridgeline on Tuesday.
Chiawana's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Lewis & Clark, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
Chiawana strolled past Lewis & Clark when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 67-49. Does Chiawana have another victory up their sleeve, or will Lewis & Clark turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
