Glencoe is 8-2 against the Black Bears since February of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Glencoe Panthers' road trip will continue as they head out to face the Pawnee Black Bears at 8:00 p.m. on February 5th. Glencoe has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Glencoe can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Saturday. They breezed by South Coffeyville on the road to the tune of 76-42.
Meanwhile, Pawnee unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell to Pawhuska 36-30. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Pawnee has scored all season.
Glencoe pushed their record up to 13-10 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Pawnee, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
Things could have been worse for Glencoe, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-51 loss to the Black Bears in their previous meeting on Monday. Can Glencoe avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
