Scott County might have drawn first blood against Henry Clay on Friday, but it was Henry Clay who got the last laugh. This matchup was a close 27-26 at the break, but unfortunately for Scott County it sure didn't stay that way.
The loss dropped Scott County's record to 5-2. The win got Henry Clay back to even at 3-3.
Next week Scott County take on Frederick Douglass at 7:30 PM. As for Henry Clay, they will face off against Paul Laurence Dunbar. The squad will be hoping to continue their now four-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
