With a playoff win on the line, Killian rose to the challenge on Monday. They came out on top against the Coral Shores Hurricanes by a score of 73-64. The Cougars' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Killian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Christian Torres, who posted 33 points and six boards. That makes it six consecutive games in which Torres has scored at least a third of Killian's points. Derico Taylor was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds.

The win made it two in a row for Killian and bumps their season record up to 8-10. As for Coral Shores, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

As of now, neither Killian nor Coral Shores have any future games scheduled.
