Decatur is a perfect 8-0 against Queen Anne's County since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Queen Anne's County made easy work of Cambridge-South Dorchester on Monday and carried off an 11-1 win. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Luke Moore tossed a big game, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Nathan Procopio, who fired off two home runs, four runs, and five RBI while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Travis Sutch, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.

Queen Anne's County was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .560. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Decatur pushed their record up to 18-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Queen Anne's County, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.
