The Sentinel Spartans will take on the Helena Bengals at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
On Thursday, Sentinel made easy work of Hellgate and carried off an 11-1 victory.

Brooklyn Wright was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases and three runs. Those four stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Nina Samoury was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
Sentinel was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .381. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, Helena faced Capital in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Bengals blew past the Bruins 12-2. With that win, the Bengals brought their scoring average up to 6.6 runs per game.
Faith Howard spent all five innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
At the plate, Helena let Kamryn Klemp and Dakota Lieberg run wild. Klemp went 3-for-4 with five RBI, one triple, and one double, while Lieberg went 2-for-3 with four runs, two stolen bases, and one double. That triple was Klemp's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Keira Campbell, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Helena's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Sentinel, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Helena's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Sentinel has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .463. It's a different story for Helena, though, as they've only averaged .360. Will they be able to contain Sentinel's hitters?
Sentinel might still be hurting after the 15-7 defeat they got from Helena when the teams last played back in March. Will the Spartans have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other softball content.
